PRODUCT WARRANTY TERM  

1 - TERM AND PROOF OF THE WARRANTY
a) The product identified below is guaranteed by its manufacturer and/or importer (KBL Serviços de Apoio Administrativos LTDA), for a period of 12 months against found manufacturing defects.
b) This contractual guarantee is given to the product identified in the Invoice, exclusively against eventual defects resulting from design, manufacture, assembly, or any other quality defects that make it improper or unsuitable for regular use.
c) To prove this period, the consumer must present the 1st copy of the purchase invoice that identifies the product and the date of purchase.

2 - EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The warranty will not cover, therefore, the consumer's burden is:
a) Damage suffered by the product, or its accessories, as a result of accident, mistreatment, incorrect and inappropriate handling or use such as  defects due to misuse, bad storage, towing, inadequate maintenance, tears from propellers, knives, contact with sharp or sharp objects such as wax and sandpaper, melting by objects, hot liquids or chemicals, detachment of tips from surface layers of PVC, EVA, or other details that do not preclude the use of the product.

b) Damage suffered by the product as a result of its use for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer and/or importer, or incompatible with its intended use.

3 - PLACE WHERE THE WARRANTY MUST BE EXERCISED

Warranty repairs must only be carried out by an Authorized Assistance, duly appointed by the manufacturer and/or importer, which, for this purpose, will use specialized technicians and original parts, guaranteeing the service performed.

4 - TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
Do not entrust the repair of the identified product to onlookers, unauthorized persons or workshops not accredited by its manufacturer and/or importer. If this happens, the warranty will cease immediately.
